Membership By application to the Association and payment of the current membership fees, any person who is 16 and older qualifies for membership by reason of one or more of the following: · If the applicant is a home owner or owner/landlord of a residence within the Association territory; · If the applicant is a residential tenant living within the Association territory; · If the applicant is a business owner/operator or commercial tenant conducting business within the Association territory. A membership card will be issued by the Association to such applicant upon the completion of the application form and confirmation by the applicant of eligibility in accordance with the above provisions.
